Monaco Film Festival 2018

Invited by the Monaco Government Tourist Bureau, Elaine painted the postcard for the 2018 Monaco Film Festival in Hong Kong, a souvenir  to all the special guests at the event.

The Cocktail Gala is on 8 Dec, marks the official launch of the first Monaco Film Festival in Hong Kong.

—— About the artwork Monaco Meets Hong Kong——— The painting is inspired by the romantic landscapes of Monaco, the artist incorporates different iconic sceneries such as Saint Nicholas Cathedral and the Monte Carlo in the painting. 

With the Monacan Film Festival opening in Hong Kong, the artist merges together the local boats and skyscrapers of Hong Kong in the painting. A large movie screen along the sea blends the vivid cultures and luxurious atmospheres of both places.
